Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 jars pasta sauce
- 1 lb. bag of frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
- Brown meat in a large skillet with garlic, drain.
- Cook vegetables according to package directions and boil the macaroni al dente, drain.
- Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven.
- Add a little water (if necessary) for desired consistency.
- Heat through and serve.
I love quick and easy meals that I can make on a whim! I was looking for a new easy ground beef recipe all morning and I think I found one 🙂 Yay!
This looks delicious! My daughter loves Beefaroni in a can but I feel so guilty giving it to her because it’s processed and full of sodium. This would be a great HEALTHY alternative and seems really easy to make, even for me!

Brown beef in skillet, then you can transfer to crockpot put in the rest of your ingredients , cover and cook while you do other things 🙂
